As we continue to promote Mental Wellness, we understand that not everyone is willing and capable of engaging in continuous ongoing Interactive therapeutic care. Frankly, some individuals simply prefer a Self-Pace model. These membership options allow individuals engagement sections and areas of their Mental Wellness on their own time / anytime; access to a fully customized Individualized plan and specific strategies and assignments is an ongoing initiative to practice skills and wellness. At any time, having access to request a check-in session with providers for support, clarification, dialogues, or just an opportunity to successfully practice intentional efforts to engage and explore strategies for Mental Wellness. These membership options are great opportunities for ongoing value to individuals that prefer to work at their own pace and time while making adjustments to the Mental Wellness plan where needed. This membership is a great fit for individuals experiencing Intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations, such as fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating, and feeling tiredness, and feelings of insecurity and inadequacy in their capacity to handle what is to come. This membership will review the history of projected programs and narratives, verify and validate a sense of being and encourage mindful practices that empower your sense of intentions for what is to come.
The YinYong (Yin-Yang) – Physical and Mental Wellness
This membership is for individuals suffering from Chronic Physical Health conditions, Chronic Pain limitations, Weight Management, Smoking cessation, and or just trying to develop a Healthy Lifestyle. This membership will review the different components that build the coherent fabric of nature (Physical Being) and mind (Cognitive Processing), exhibited in all existence. The yin-yang membership explores opportunities for effective flow (interaction) between the Body and the Mind while evaluating what your limitations, strengths, restrictions and opportunities, and resources are as a process of harmonization ensuring a constant, dynamic balance of all things within available individualized capacity.

Entrepreneurship

Do you have a business idea but don’t know where to start? Are you new to the entrepreneurial journey and feel that you need more confidence and business understanding before launching your business? This course will take you on a journey from creating an entrepreneurial mindset finding an idea, to gaining traction in the marketplace, developing your business plan to pitching your business and understanding business structure and taxation. The purpose of the course is that the students acquire necessary knowledge and skills required for organizing and carrying out entrepreneurial activities, to develop the ability of analyzing and understanding business situations in which entrepreneurs act and to master the knowledge necessary to plan entrepreneurial activities. There are also two screenings indicated in the course, the Assessment Interview, and Periodic Reflective Check-ins. Full Assessment interview, which includes a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of an individual patient’s physical, mental, spiritual, financial, emotional health, and environmental health. The Scheduled Check-Ins aim to offer the individual an intentional effort that outlines the proposed goals, objectives, Action Steps, plan, and methods of achieving intentional outcomes during the course. After completing this course, you will learn how to become a successful Entrepreneur. You just need a learning mindset with a positive attitude.
